Admissions Application Forms

Below are links to different applications for admission to SCIT. Select the appropriate application and click on the application link to start. For the Online Student and International Student Applications, you may save your work and return to complete the remaining parts as needed by clicking on the 鈥淪ave鈥� button at the bottom of the application. SCIT accepts applications on a continual basis.

Application for
Campus Students

Click on the link above to complete an Admissions Application for campus-based programs. Complete this application if you intend to complete programs that offer courses in-person and some online.
Note: This application may be completed prior to or at your first school visit.

Application for
Online Students

Click on the link above to complete an Admissions Application for online-only programs. Complete this application if you intend to apply for programs that you complete fully online.
Note: Available only to California residents at this time.

International Students

If you are an international student seeking an F1 or M1 visa to study in the United States, please complete the International Students Application by clicking on the (soon to be available) link above.
Note: If you are a current international student in the US and are seeking to transfer into SCIT, please contact the Admissions Department.
